The Project Manager, Onsite Services will support customers that are leveraging Bizzabo’s onsite solutions.
A successful candidate must be a process oriented, customer focused, multi-tasking individual, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding their goals.
You will propose new and creative ideas, possess highly effective communication skills, and build constructive and effective relationships.Bizzabo is the only Event Success Platform.

The company was founded by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has more than 120 employees in its New York and Tel-Aviv offices.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Act as the onsite offerings product expert to new and existing customers Directly support and consult with prospects and existing customers on how to best leverage Bizzabo’s onsite solutionsCreate, execute, and manage project plans for each customer event involving our onsite solutionsLead the project through engaging with the customer, vendors, and internal resources to ensure the success of the projectAct as a liaison between supplier vendors and customers to quote, order, and manage event specific materialsTroubleshoot potential issues to ensure the customer’s success at their eventCommunicate and adhere to project milestones in order to execute a timely and flawless eventWork onsite at large events to ensure success on the day of the event - up to 40% travel requiredWHAT YOU HAVE:1-2 years of project management experience Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing, entrepreneurial environmentExpertise in managing multiple projects at a timeAbility to work within a team and independently to achieve goalsExcel at developing relationships with customers over the phone, through email, and in person Able to work with MS Office Suite and Salesforce.comor similar contact management softwareBachelor’s degree requiredTHE BIZZABO COMMUNITY:At Bizzabo we believe that culture is more than just happy hour and a ping pong table (though we do love a good ping pong tournament), we believe that culture is everything we do and how we do it.
