Restaurant General Manager
Job Responsibilities: This role would suit an experienced and driven General Manager, who is looking for their next challenge. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ management experience, within a fast food industry is REQUIRED. No "job hoppers" please.... No more than 2 jobs held within the past 5 years. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership from day one to build your business. You will drive the sales and performance of the restaurant. As General Manager, you will be commercially savvy and customer focused. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift, whilst leading your team from the front, ensuring that the team work collectively to go above and beyond to exceed brand standards. You need to be willing to work most weekends (and have 2 days off during the week) and a variety of different shift patterns including very early mornings and late nights.

Department / Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities: You will work within a management team under the direct supervision of your Store Manager to cohesively achieve excellence in customer service and sales building. You will support the Store Manager in ensuring the efficient running of the restaurant in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also provide leadership, coaching and direction to all crew members to ensure there is an engaged, motivated and skilled team who are customer focused. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. You need to be willing to work most weekends (and have 2 days off during the week) and a variety of different shift patterns including very early mornings and late nights. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
The Assistant Manager responsibilities may include provide leadership, coaching and direction to all crew members to ensure there is an engaged, motivated and skilled team who are customer focused. Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit.
Some managers also lead Departments. These managers’ responsibilities may include managing assigned Systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to their team and other managers.
The Guest Service Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are done well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the
Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for the best service.
The Kitchen Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers, and fast, that food is always safe, that food cost is controlled, and that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures, including new items that are added to the menu.
The People Department Manager responsibilities may include making sure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. This manager’s responsibilities may also include making sure Crew get off to a good start at the restaurant and that they are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

Job Responsibilities: The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed. Maintenance Personnel are very important people, and for good reason. They are essential to upholding McDonald's unmatched reputation for cleanliness. By keeping the restaurant premises and surrounding areas clean and attractive, they help to form that all-important, positive first impression for each McDonald's customer. A competent, reliable maintenance person is essential to every McDonald's restaurant. To join us you'll need to be confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team. You'll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness.
